Rooms and rates

The prices quoted are per person per night and include our pampering half board.

The visitor’s tax of €3.90 per person is charged separately at the hotel.

Your dog is also very welcome in our hotel. We charge €20.00 per pet and night, which includes a dog bed, a feeding station (excluding dog food), and the final cleaning of your room. In front of the hotel, you will find numerous places to walk with a ROBIDOG bin nearby. In addition, you can use our washing station in the ski room to clean your dog after your exciting adventures. Please note that your dog is not allowed in the buffet area.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or on the balconies. You are welcome to smoke in our cosy smoking lounge at the hotel bar instead. Please always be considerate of other guests when smoking outside in our hotel.

Cancellation or rebooking with our flexible standard prices

If you choose the standard rate, the room can be cancelled free of charge between 21 and 45 days before the arrival date, depending on the season. Only at special times, Christmas and New Year’s Eve or during the ski season and similar dates, the last free cancellation date is 60 days before arrival. If you cancel later, a cancellation or no-show fee of 90% of the booked price will be charged. You will be informed of the exact cancellation deadline when you book.

Cancellation or rebooking for discounted rates and special prices

Most of the time, you have the choice between the standard price or an early bird rate. With the “book early and save” rate, we offer you a 15% discount. However, this rate cannot be rebooked, cancelled, or refunded. To receive this discount, this special offer must be paid for directly after the booking. Please only take advantage of these offers if you are sure about your trip and take out travel cancellation insurance.

Travel cancellation insurance protects you from being stuck with the cost of your booked holiday if something comes up last minute. We will send you an attractive offer from “Europäische Reiseversicherung” in the booking process, which you can take out if you wish.
